Return/refund policy

1.If you need to return a product that you have purchased from Fair RC, please read the following return policy carefully before returning any products:

1. If you ordered the wrong item or you no longer want your item, you can return new, unassembled, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
2. If your order was shipped using our Free Shipping option, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund amount. Any shipping charges paid by the customer are nonrefundable.Products that are incomplete, assembled, or used in any way are not eligible for a refund or exchange.Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
3. If your return is the result of a shipping error (we shipped you the wrong product) or a fault with the product, Fair RC will pay the return shipping costs.

Note - If your product has been assembled or used in any way, and you discover an issue with your product within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for replacement.

RADIO-CONTROLLED CARS AND ALL RELATED PRODUCTS SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH GREAT CARE.

We DO NOT accept any responsibility for crash damages. All procedures and methods should be used prior to use to check the functionality of all components.

We DO NOT accept any responsibility for improper installation of our products.

The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection to all items sold or distributed.. The user is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer's guidelines. we DOES NOT accept any responsibility for injury, crashes, and damages, loss of accessories, parts, and materials that occur during the use of any radio-controlled model. Extreme care should be taken when using RC products.
