Electronic Accessories Warranty

All electronic accessories purchased from FairRC come with a 90-day warranty starting from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, if a manufacturing defect occurs under normal use, we will repair or replace the defective part(s) free of charge.

In addition, customers are entitled to long-term official technician support for troubleshooting, installation guidance, and product maintenance.

Vehicle & Aircraft Warranty Support

If you purchased an RC vehicle or aircraft and find any defective component(s), please contact us with photos or videos of the issue. FairRC will provide the necessary replacement parts to resolve the problem.
If the required spare part is temporarily out of stock or discontinued, we may offer an alternative solution such as store credit or a coupon as compensation.


How to Request Warranty Service

Please contact us within the warranty period and provide:

  1. Order number or proof of purchase

  2. Product model & detailed description of the issue

  3. Clear photos or videos for assessment
