- Can you ship to my country?
FairRC ships products to the following global destinations:
Asia : India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam Central and South America : Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica
Europe : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cypress, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
North America : Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, United States (We do not ship airplanes, some 1/12 cars, 1/6 &1/10 cars to the state of AK, HI & PR because the shipping fee cost a lot.)
Oceania : Australia, New Caledonia, New Zealand
2. How much does it cost to ship my product to my destination?
For Accessories:
We charge $10 for orders below $99
For Cars & Trucks:
We charge $15 for Canada, United Kingdom and some European countries, $35 for other country, free shipping for United States.
3. How long will my order ship since I place my order?
FairRC ships all the orders in 48 hours after your paid on Monday through Friday.
Orders can be shipped in 72 hours after your paid on Saturday and Sunday.
4. How long can I get my items?

NOTE
1. If the products are available in the US warehouse, it will take 3-5 days to arrive after shipping. If the products are not available in the US warehouse, the products will be shipped from the Chinese warehouse, which takes approx 10-15 days to arrive after shipping.
2.If you are not sure which warehouse the order will be shipped from, please do not hesitate to contact us by email before placing your order.
No guaranteed delivery date - The estimated time of arrival depends on the shipping companies used as well as the situation in customs for overseas deliveries. We aren’t able to guarantee the delivery date as shipping is handled by a third-party. We will do everything we can to chase up late or lost deliveries.

②The coupon can be used to any purchase and can’t change to cash.
③Please use the coupon in valid time.
