Custom Order Disclaimer
Please Read Before Placing Your Order
All custom builds are made to order and assembled specifically according to your selections. Because each build is individually prepared after your order is placed, please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our custom builds, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality-related reasons, including changes of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preferences.
If your custom build arrives with a quality issue or manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.
2. Processing & Build Time
Since every custom build is assembled individually after your order is placed, processing times are longer than for regular in-stock products:
- With custom text/name: Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing and assembly.
- Without custom text/name: Please allow approximately 1 week for processing and assembly.
These timeframes refer to processing and build time only and do not include shipping transit time.
3. Shipping & Transit Time
All custom builds are shipped from our FairRC warehouse in China. Because your vehicle is assembled specifically for you after the order is placed, custom builds are not kept as ready-to-ship inventory.
As a result, the total delivery time may be longer than that of standard products. Shipping transit times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and carrier, and are in addition to the processing time stated above.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to the processing time, shipping conditions, and return/exchange policy outlined above. Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the time needed to build your custom RC vehicle just for you.
