How To Use Gift Cards?
A gift card is a special type of product. Its value can be used as payment toward future orders from FairRC online store. When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card number that you can use at checkout to redeem its value.
⭐When you receive an email, click ''View gift card'', and you will see a unique gift card code.

1. Can a gift card be used more than once?
--Yes, provide there is still a balance remaining on the card.
2. Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
--Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.
3. Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
--No, you can't used to buy another gift card.
4. Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping?
--Yes.
5. Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
--Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
6. Can I apply a refund to a gift card?
--If customer used a gift card to pay for the purchase, yes we can refund to the gift card.
7. How do customers check their balance?
--Customers can't check gift card balance, please contact support@fairrc.com to check the balance.
8. Can I refund a gift card?
--NO. Please note that gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Notice:
- If you want to buy a gift card for someone else, then you need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.
- ALL discount codes and loyalty points cannot be used to gift cards.
- There is no expiry date when customers purchase a gift card, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Shipping
We ship to most countries of the world except Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Czech Republic. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Order processing time takes 1-3 business days.
If you are in the United States or Canada, we give priority to delivery at the local warehouse, which will take about 3-5 days. If the products are not available at local warehouse, then we will ship at the Chinese warehouse, which will take 8-15 days.
Delivery to other countries will take 8-15 days.
At this time we only ship to the US. We recently built a warehouse in Canada, and it only takes 3-5 days for all cars and planes to be delivered to the local area. We will continue to build our own warehouses around the world, including Europe, Asia, etc., so stay tuned...
We only ship these two sizes to the US and Canada because they are too bulky to ship from our warehouse in China.
